A smarter workflow - Priorities, learnings and highlights

Today we are launching a big product update to Henry, an update we hope will simplify the way our users understand and work with gathered feedback. But before we jump into the improvements, we wanted to take a second and share why we built them.

At Henry, we have always pushed ourselves to find new and innovative ways to leverage technology and intertwine it with people development in a cohesive, supportive and powerful way. With our new updates, we are taking a bold step forward and redefining how working with employee feedback has traditionally been done.

At the core of our new updates, we have pushed ourselves to make it easier for companies to drive change, for leaders to grow and for feedback and data to be easier to understand. The new features such as priorities will enable companies to more clearly drive and support internal change. With learnings, we have added more leadership support and inspiration to help curious leaders to grow and develop. Besides redesigning the dashboards, we have also made quite a few updates under the hood where Henry has become even smarter in helping you quickly see what is important for your team and company overall.

1. Priorities - A new way to highlight things of importance

At the core of our new updates, we have pushed ourselves to make it easier for companies to drive change, for leaders to grow and for feedback and data to be easier to understand. The new features such as priorities will enable companies to more clearly drive and support internal change. Priorities will also be able to be set on a team as well as company level enabling companies and managers to set their own goals and follow-up progress towards them. Each created priority will also be added to each manager’s dashboards making it easy to understand what to focus on in each specific team.

2. Learnings - Inspiring, supporting and helping managers

We have also been working hard to find a new way to inspire, support and empower managers using the tool. With the addition of learnings, we have sourced some of the best content available to help leaders develop and grow. All content that has been added is hand curated and designed to fit each question provided by Henry. Content can range from inspirational pieces showing to best practices from other well-known companies, as well as more hands-on advice in regards to how to best set and discuss team goals.

The content will continuously be updated and refined, to make sure we elevate the most relevant things for today's modern proactive leaders.

3. Making Henry even smarter

We are also adding a few big improvements under the hood. By adding more complex language understanding we have improved how comments are displayed. So now all comments are classified, helping you quickly swift to vast amounts of feedback and understanding the sentiment of each question. Now you don’t only get intelligent follow-ups, but you also get the classification to better and quicker understand the overall sentiment at the company or team within that specific question.

With comment classification Henry will also be able to highlight specific comments for each manager and company, making it quick and easy to see important team feedback.

All these updates are the result of valuable customer feedback and we sincerely appreciate all the thoughts that have been shared. We hope the updates will make working with feedback and driving change much easier. If you have any thoughts our questions please let us know!
